Ingredients:
1/2 Kilo chicken breasts, Bok Choy/Chinese Cabbage (Petsay), 4 Tomatoes (Kamatis), Tamarind (Sampaloc), Onion, Salt
Procedure:
1. Boil chicken breast in 3 cups water. Add Onion and Tomatoes.
2. Add in Tamarind when boiling. Let it boil for 5 more minutes.
3. Add salt to taste.
4. Finally, when the chicken meat is already tender, add the petsay.
