Sweet and Sour Chicken in Dalandan Juice

One of my experiments. Fortunately, it turns out right. The twist in this recipe is the use of dalandan juice instead of Vinegar. The dalandan juice is what gives this recipe the sweet and sour flavor. So, here are the ingredients.

1 Kilo Chicken Breast, Ginger, Sugar, Onion, Garlic, Lemon Grass, Flour, Salt and Pepper

Procedure:

1.  Cut chicken breast into your desired sizes. Dip them on the flour-salt-pepper mixture and fry. Set aside
2. On a separate pan, put a little oil just enough to wet the pan. I don't really suggest oil. Heat it
3. Put the garlic, onion and ginger together on the pan. Wait until they are golden brown in color.
4. Add the dalandan juice (8 big dalandan is just fine)
5. Add a little sugar, a little water, salt to balance the sweet and sour taste
6. All a little flour to thicken the mixture
7. Finally, put the fried chicken
