Got this recipe from my mom, the best cook in the world. This is one of my favorite, by the way. Here are the ingredients:
Talangka, squash, ampalaya, sitaw, little flour, salt and pepper
Procedure:
1. Cook talanga in a frying pan with a little water.
2. Put salt and a little pepper.
3. Add the gata mixture.
4. Add in the vegetables and let it cook for 10 minutes under low heat.
