Escabetcheng Tilapya

My husband always requests me to cook this for him. Here are the ingredients:

Tilapya, Carrots, Onion, Garlic, Ginger, Sugar, Catsup, Lemon Grass, Vinegar

Procedure:

1. Put oil in a big frying pan just enough to cover the half of the of the level of the Tilapya and heat it

2. Make sure that it is hot before you deep the Tilapya on it.

3. When cooked, place the tilapya on a serving bowl.

4. Remove the oil and the residues on the pan. Make sure to leave a little oil on it enough to cook the other ingredients

5. Fry the onion, garlic, ginger together. Add the carrots. Put Catsup and a little water.

6. Add sugar, vinegar, salt and water to balance the taste. Add a little water.

7. Pour in the mixture on the bowl where you put the fried tilapya. Presto! You have your Escabetcheng Tilapya
