Breaded Pork Chop and Tofu



Ingredients:
Pork
Flour
Salt and Pepper
Garlic, minced
Egg
Tofu (Tokwa)

Procedure:
1.       To prepare the breading, put flour into a large bowl. Add the minced garlic, salt and pepper in.
2.       In a separate bowl, beat the egg and add a little salt.
3.       Cut the pork into your desired shape. Before dipping them into the breading, dip them into the egg and salt mixture to add crisp.
4.       Deep fry.
5.       For the tofu, deep fry them.

6.       Serve them hot with sweet chili sauce.
